Bienvenue: A Multi-Purpose Venue in Bilecik-Bozüyük, Turkey

An Iconic Structure Inspired by Ceramic Tiles

Bienvenue is a multi-purpose structure for exclusive visitors and employees, located on a 3,000 square meter area in Bilecik-Bozüyük, Turkey. Designed by Emre Kuzlu & Ertugrul Yurdakul, this venue houses a number of different facilities that are located around a three-story height public gallery. It provides a variety of privacy levels for both exclusive visitors and company workers.

The facilities within Bienvenue include an exhibition area, ceramic tile showroom, design atelier, conference room, library, and a café. This design ensures an enclosed-sculptural look that reflects the brand's value while providing inclusive facilities for different visitors such as designers, architects, architecture students, and tile dealers.

The construction of Bienvenue features a reinforced steel structure with glass and ceramic tile cladding. The project's gross area is 3,000 square meters, with the building's highest point reaching 17.5 meters tall. The design was completed in February 2015, and construction is set to begin in 2016.

The volume of the venue has been defined by both the developer's requirements and the consumers' needs. It offers an attractive exterior profile and specialized interior zones that provide an exclusive customer experience and functional working spaces. The design team, which includes Emre Kuzlu, Ertuğrul Yurdakul, Pınar Ünlü, and Deniz Tuncer, has successfully overcome the challenge of creating a structure that balances brand aesthetics with functionality.

Bienvenue has been recognized for its excellence in design, winning the Iron A' Design Award in 2016. This prestigious award is given to well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements.
