The City Garden Block 1,C (Chinese Style) sample room, designed by Raynon Chiu, showcases a unique blend of Chinese aesthetics and modern design. With its use of black, white, and yulan as the main colors, the room exudes an antique charm that transports visitors to a bygone era. The combination of black and white marble and brass ornaments adds to the overall elegance and sophistication of the space.

One of the standout features of this design is the extensive use of grating, which creates a classic and timeless look. The teahouse, in particular, is adorned with old-style wood tables, tea sets, white china vases with plum blossoms, small pots in yulan color, and Pin Greeting Guests on the stools. These elements pay homage to ancient Chinese traditions and invite visitors to experience a sense of peace and tranquility.

The design also incorporates modern technology and materials, such as wood grain, black titanium, Laurent black, wood flooring, wood finishings, and grey glass. These elements seamlessly blend with the traditional Chinese elements, creating a harmonious balance between the past and the present.

Spanning an area of 127 square meters, the City Garden Block 1,C (Chinese Style) sample room is a testament to the designer's ability to create a space that is both visually stunning and functional. The project, which started in March 2015 and was completed in October 2015, is located in Shenzhen, China.

The bathroom design is a perfect example of the fusion of classical and modern elements. The wooden floor and cyan marble exude elegance and fashion, while the overall design maintains a sense of timelessness.

This exceptional design has been recognized with the Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2016. The award is a testament to the outstanding expertise and innovation demonstrated in this project.
