The development of the Serel Helios Washbasin began in May 2015 in Manisa, Turkey. The design team, including Aldonat Sunar, Ali Yildiz, Didem Durmaz, Metin Murat Elbeyli, and Zafer Dogan, conducted extensive research to create a washbasin that combines functionality, aesthetics, and ergonomic design.

This innovative washbasin set has been recognized for its excellence and creativity. In 2016, it was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Bathroom Furniture and Sanitary Ware Design category. This prestigious award honors designs that demonstrate outstanding creativity, technical skills, and contributions to improving quality of life.
