5+2 Design (Perceptron Design Group) Transforms Architecture into Poetry

The design's inspiration stems from the desire to expand the concept of space planning, using the building's quarter arc to extend its architectural contours. This approach allows for a harmonious coordination of interior space functions, effectively transforming the building's form into a reflection of life's demands. The result is a seamless blend of architecture and poetry, where elegant streamline arcs interweave and collide, creating a space that is as functional as it is aesthetically pleasing.

What sets this design apart is its transition from the conventional sales function to a life experience culture. Through the careful application of materials, 5+2 Design (Perceptron Design Group) has created a clear life experience that enriches the visual perception of the space. The design's unique properties are further enhanced by the extensive use of wood, which serves as the main style expression. This, coupled with the careful selection of auxiliary materials, ensures a unified and harmonious overall color scheme.

The Sales Center of Poly Yue Residence spans an area of approximately 900 square meters. Its design realization is a testament to the team's technical prowess and innovative approach to space planning. The space is primarily composed of insection bolt wood and oak white, with the large area of wood serving as the main style expression. The careful consideration of auxiliary materials ensures a more coordinated and unified material relation.

The project, which began in Foshan, Guangdong, in November 2015, was completed in May 2016. Throughout its duration, the design team faced the challenge of designing the space from the building's curvature, extending its outline, and expanding the interior space function. Despite these challenges, the team successfully created a space that is not only functional but also visually appealing.
