The Heart Plate Smart is not just a plate, but a tool for health management. Users press the Body Mass Index Pads located on both sides of the plate with their thumbs. Within a few seconds, data such as heart rate, blood pressure, and cholesterol level are displayed on a screen on the plate and can also be accessed on a cell phone via Bluetooth. This innovative design allows users to monitor their health while enjoying their meals.

What sets the Heart Plate Smart apart from other products is its ability to connect with third parties such as clinics, personal doctors, trainers, or nurses. This feature enables health professionals to track the user's body condition history, providing a comprehensive overview of the user's health status. The Heart Plate Smart is an example of how design and technology can work together to improve lifestyle and health management.

The Heart Plate Smart is made using a variety of technologies including ceramics, Body Mass Index Pads, Solar Panels, Bluetooth Connectivity, Arduino Uno, and Electronics. The product measures 279 mm in width, 279 mm in depth, and 43 mm in height. The design process involved a team of professionals including a project manager, Arduino engineer, 3D artists, graphic designers, video editors, and web developers.

The Heart Plate Smart project started in 2015 and is expected to be released in 2017. The design was inspired by the increasing importance of data in our lives and the growing trend of smart products. The designer faced challenges in maintaining ergonomics and standard sizes but successfully overcame them to create this innovative product.
