The realization of the Damavand House is a testament to Shirazian's mastery of design technology. The metal structure was assembled on-site with welded connections, made and tested in a factory. The coverage is made up of modular extruded metal sheets, chained together to create a water-insulated skin. The use of wood for the upper floors and stone for the basement brings a natural element to the design, making the building feel light and nostalgic.

The residence area spans 390 square meters, with the ground floor housing the garage, mechanical room, and WC.
