The inspiration for EXPREESOUP stemmed from the concept of BO TONE, a traditional Chinese lifestyle, and Gazpacho, an emerging thought. The materials used in the space are as important as the ingredients of BO TONE, with a focus on freshness and quality. Titanium rose-plated mix marble was used to create lamps, adding a delicate atmosphere and highlighting the value of food culture.
The unique properties of the restaurant design lie in its clear and greenery theme. The neutral nature of nature is brought out to create a bright and comfortable dining space. The proprietor's aim to express health and food and beverage service is evident in the design. The space is not just a restaurant, but a statement on the importance of health and quality in food service.
