Constructed with a PC/ABS blend, Unwired's casing provides excellent shock absorption and wear resistance. It meets the flame-retardant standard of V-0, ensuring safety and durability. The conductive chip, made with tin phosphor bronze, offers flexibility, longevity, and optimal conductivity.

Unwired's built-in step-up inverter circuit converts the lithium battery's 12V DC voltage into a 220V AC output, providing a reliable power source for various electronic devices. Its dimensions of 200mm x 90mm x 50mm make it compact and portable, perfect for on-the-go charging.

Operating Unwired is a breeze. It can be charged through the circular connector on the left side and used simultaneously. The small display on the upper left corner provides real-time performance monitoring. The power supply can be easily switched on and off on the right side, offering convenience and control.

The Unwired project was realized between October 2016 and March 2017 in Shanghai, where the design team, consisting of Xiaoqiao Shen, Beitong Ling, and Frank Wu, overcame various creative, technical, and research challenges to bring this innovative power strip to life.

Unwired has been recognized for its excellence in design, receiving the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award in the Digital and Electronic Device Design category in 2017.
