Located in Taiwan's Kaohsiung City, the Original Loft is a 126m2 space that features three rooms, a living room, dining room, and two bathrooms. The design concept revolves around creating a home that feels like stepping into a coffee house, providing a haven of relaxation amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life.

The living room, dining room, and study room are seamlessly combined into one space, each retaining its own distinct character. The study room can be separated with the use of curtains, allowing for flexibility and customization based on the homeowners' needs.

Order System Furniture skillfully incorporates vintage-style flooring and reddish-brown yew particleboard panels to create a stylish and industrial atmosphere. The use of these materials adds a touch of warmth and character to the space, while still maintaining the desired loft aesthetic.

One of the standout features of the Original Loft is the bike wall mount in the dining and kitchen area. As the homeowners are avid cyclists, the designer integrated this functional and stylish element into the design. The bike wall mount, made with system particleboard panels, not only serves as a display wall for the bicycles but also creates a sense of openness and ease of circulation within the space.

To enhance the convenience of using electronic devices in the living area, sockets are cleverly installed inside the raised wooden floor. This thoughtful design detail ensures that the homeowners can freely use their 3C devices without any restrictions, while maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the space.

The Original Loft was completed in September 2016 and has garnered recognition for its innovative design. It was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2018. This prestigious award recognizes designs that are well-designed, practical, and innovative, meeting professional and industrial requirements.
