Manufactured using robust PC-ABS material, Nexo is built to withstand the continuous vibrations experienced on buses. The engineering process involved meticulous design research and market analysis to ensure that the device meets the needs of both drivers and passengers.

The development of Nexo began in June 2017, and by July 2018, the product was in serial production. The entire process, from design to engineering, took place in Istanbul, Turkey. This localization allowed for close collaboration between the design team and the manufacturing facilities, resulting in a high-quality and efficient product.

Recognized for its excellence, Nexo was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Digital and Electronic Device Design category in 2019. This prestigious accolade highlights the device's practicality, innovation, and adherence to professional and industrial requirements.
