The automatic circular door at the entrance opens to reveal a glowing white interior, reminiscent of a pearl's luster. The golden fonts "L.Z. DESSART" imprinted on the front entrance signal the shop's purpose, while the elegant and fashionable facade of the two-floor building is embellished with mineral varnish walls, dazzling like translucent pearls.

The shop's unique properties lie in its exquisite design elements. The display counter, designed on the basis of a nautilus shell, is adorned with white marble stones and a glorious glass display cabinet. The delicate desserts showcased in the cabinet reflect the sophisticated craftsmanship of the shop. The stylish marble tables and slick wood table, which curl like sea waves, artistically feature the elegant swimming whale.

The 495 square meter space is divided into two floors, with the display counter and partial dining area on the first floor, and the entire second floor furnished as a dining area.
