The trolley is designed to be a mobile extension of the bar's functions, with bottles on the steps and hanging glasses. The bottles are secured by a non-slip coating from the world of shipbuilding, and the glasses are held by pressure on a cushion, ensuring they don't rattle when the trolley is moved.

What sets KALI apart from other designs is its durability and functionality. Designed at the request of sommeliers, it is built to withstand the heavy demands of working in a restaurant. The trolley can be refurbished over and over again, ensuring a minimal environmental footprint. The manufacturing process of KALI is a testament to traditional cabinet making techniques. It is manufactured in small series in solid oak, using parts common to several models. The use of solid wood and mechanical assemblies ensures easy repairing or renovating the model by any joiner or cabinetmaker worldwide. The trolley is left in its natural colour or stained black, then varnished. The stairs are covered with a wear-resistant anti-slip coating, and the zipper is made of black Krion resin.
