The house itself covers an impressive 8,073 square feet of built-up area on the ground floor, with a rooftop area that includes a BBQ for outdoor gatherings. One of the standout features of the Nahil Farm House is the large reflective pool that serves multiple purposes. Not only does it function as a cooling element in the middle of the hot desert, but it also adds humidity to the air, creating a more comfortable environment. Additionally, the pool acts as a water reservoir for the irrigation of the palm trees, ensuring their lush greenery.

When it comes to the realization of the design, Ardh Architects utilized advanced technology such as BIM software and real-time synchronization software to bring their vision to life. The result is a stunning architectural masterpiece that seamlessly integrates with the natural surroundings.
