Webcam Led Stand

This table lamp has flexible movement, capable of 360 rotation. Also, it is a high-performing led table lamp with a webcam. The webcam is able to record every moment up to 1080p HD quality. Not only is it in HD, it uses automatic focusing to maintain clear images from close-ups to far distances, ranging from 10cm to an infinite distance. The roundness of the structure reduces the heat efficiently and provides light with eye comfort to the users. It's easy to assemble.

This is designed for Home DIY. The part consists of two pipes, a circular LED case (Top and Bottom), a flexible LED panel, a cam, an electrical circuit, a 5 micro charger, 8 wheels, and a plate for support. The pipes are cut and used from a store, each of which is made of plastic molded injection. Those are designed to lower current prices using simple components and easy-to-find sensors, circuits, and chargers.

The product measures 520mm by 150mm by 468mm. The webcam is able to record every moment up to 1080p HD quality. Not only is it in HD, it uses automatic focusing to maintain clear images from close-ups to far distances, ranging from 10cm to an infinite distance. It is possible to record a wide area through a precision glass lens. The Truecolor Technology of the webcam allows for it to film bright and clear videos in almost all lighting conditions. The in-built hi-fi microphone can record with high sound quality providing lively colors and footages with crystal clear sound that almost seem real. The light-emitting diode (led) provides light more natural through the combination of 4 colors: Red (R), Green (G), Blue (B), White (W). The roundness of the structure reduces the heat efficiently and provides light with eye comfort to the users.

The length or height of this product can be adjusted according to the desk's situation. Its manipulation is easy. If you take hold of the stick and turn it, 8 wheel sets enable adjusting the length and height. Thanks to the advantages of wheel rotation and friction, soft adjustment of length is possible so you can turn on the light and flash the camera in position.

We learned how to make it easy and convenient to do various recording activities on the table such as (YouTube, handwriting, memos, etc.). As a result, I think of a function that can be combined with an LED stand to help that. And finally, the current design is created by considering the right position, height, and situation.

It was most difficult to fix the intersection of the x and y axis. In order to maintain the axes with the wheels and no power from outside, I have made the mock-up and modified it dozens of times optimizing the appropriate distance, the friction of the rubber, the weight of the pipes and components. I finally found the current proportion from the length and width of the pipes, the location of the components and the center of the gravity.
