Unveiling the Beauty of Bianco Arabescato Marble in a Unique Engineered Stone

Teos is a compound quartz stone that captures the essence of the natural marble while offering superior properties that surpass traditional stone surfaces. Composed of semi-precious quartz granules and special polymers, Teos boasts scratch resistance, nonporous surfaces, and hygienic and antibacterial properties.

What sets Teos apart is its dual-color base, featuring an opaque and transparent combination that creates a mesmerizing three-dimensional effect. The vein design, inspired by the unique patterns of Bianco Arabescato marble, adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to any space.

With its high chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and flexural and impact strength, Teos outperforms natural stones and marble. It is fireproof, slip-resistant, and exhibits thermal shock resistance, making it an ideal choice for various applications.

The realization of Teos involves a meticulous process. Natural quartz minerals and resin are mixed together, and the mixture is transported to a distribution unit. The vein effect unit adds the marble look pattern, and the mixture is then pressed under vacuum using vibration. The resulting slabs are cured, polished with diamond abrasives for a glossy finish, and subjected to stringent quality control measures.

Teos quartz surfaces are available in dimensions of 1520mm width, 20/30mm depth (optional), and 3100mm height. The product is suitable for kitchen countertops and cut-to-size surface solutions, with various finishing treatments available to suit different design preferences.

The Teos Project, led by designer Esra Arici and her team, began in 2017 at the Belenco research and development laboratory pilot plant. It was later brought into production and introduced to the market in 2018, primarily in the United States.
