Beijing YBY Arts Design Co. , Ltd. Transforms Salt and Water Elements into a Stunning Design

The Saline Fusion project, a sales center, is a testament to the innovative design approach of Beijing YBY Arts Design Co. , Ltd. The space facade, dominated by white, symbolizes salt, creating an ethereal and clean atmosphere. The design team has skillfully incorporated books and artworks on the bookshelves, adding a cultural dimension to the space.

What sets this design apart is the abstract transformation of salt and water elements into color, texture, and shape of the space. The large-scale facade device, visible upon entering the sales office lobby, features numerous water droplet shapes arranged and combined to form a large radial artwork. This creative use of form and texture is a defining feature of the Saline Fusion project.

The design realization technology employed in this project is equally impressive. The facades around the sandbox are concise, with books and furnishings interspersed. The drop-shaped pendant above the sandbox becomes the highlight of the space, echoing the main body of the space and enhancing the overall style.

The project, completed in October 2018 in Tianjin City, China, spans an area of 1166 square meters. The design process involved significant research, including the display of Japanese-style recirculation bottles with collectible value and the inclusion of the sculpture Rainbow Angel by Qu Guangci, a sculpture artist, to enhance the overall artistry and beauty of the space.

The Saline Fusion project has overcome creative and technical challenges to create a space where light and shadow intertwine, and materials like stone, metal, leather, and glass echo each other, reflecting a sense of quality. This innovative design approach earned the project a Silver A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2020, a prestigious accolade rewarding top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable designs.
