Chateau Regalia: A Unique Villa Design by Tao Jiang

Unveiling the Beauty of the Orient

The Chateau Regalia, designed by Tao Jiang, is a stunning villa that showcases the unique spiritual essence of the Orient. With its rich azure blue and warm gray tones, this design brings a sense of tranquility and satisfaction to its owner.

What sets the Chateau Regalia apart is its commitment to green ecosystem and intelligent energy-saving technology. This custom-made house decoration preserves the original building structure, minimizes material waste, and reduces pollution through the use of environmentally-friendly materials.

The design of the Chateau Regalia is a testament to Tao Jiang's attention to detail and his ability to create spaces that are both functional and visually striking. The metal screen at the gateway offers a glimpse into the chamber, unveiling the oriental features that define this design.

The first floor of the villa features a spacious living room with a two-storey ceiling and a large French window that floods the space with natural light and offers a view of the garden. The dining room and kitchens, designed in both Chinese and western styles, cater to the diverse dietary needs of the family.

In terms of functionality, the Chateau Regalia is designed to meet the needs of its occupants. The house is divided into distinct zones, including the main bedroom, cloakroom, living room, and study. The children's spaces are carefully crafted to provide a sense of individuality, with the boy's room featuring a private reading corner.

The Chateau Regalia, completed in December 2017 in Beijing, China, covers an interior area of 1406.66 square meters and boasts a garden area of 493.77 square meters. The design challenges were overcome through meticulous experimentation and model studies, resulting in a harmonious blend of materials such as marble, copper, silver foil, and gold foil.

This exceptional design has not gone unnoticed, as it was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2020. This prestigious accolade recognizes the Chateau Regalia for its outstanding creativity, resourcefulness, and contribution to improving the quality of life through the integration of art, science, design, and technology.
