The realization of this design was entirely digital and paperless. Rui Ma wanted to explore how visual communication design could contribute to solving environmental problems. The audience can view the designs through various online platforms, such as digital magazines, social media accounts, and design blogs.

The posters have garnered attention from various media outlets, including Print Magazine, Creative Boom, Mindsparkle Mag, and IdN World Magazine. These publications have recognized the significance of Rui Ma's work in raising awareness about biodiversity conservation.

The project was completed in 2020 in Los Angeles, USA. Throughout the design process, Rui Ma conducted extensive research online, exploring different environmental issues and considering the most sustainable ways to produce the designs. The selection of subjects, focusing on ways to protect biodiversity, posed a significant challenge due to the multitude of environmental problems. However, Rui Ma recognized the importance of healthy ecosystems provided by biodiversity and decided to highlight this crucial aspect.

This series of poster designs by Rui Ma has been awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Graphics, Illustration, and Visual Communication Design category in 2021. This prestigious award recognizes designs that demonstrate creativity, resourcefulness, and a commitment to improving the quality of life.
