The city's evolution and the growing pursuit for quality living inspired GTD to create a project that reflects cultural confidence and the inherent preference for courtyards. The Chinoiserie Mansion is a return to tradition and an innovation, showcasing a unique homecoming system of five-level ceremonies. The entry system mirrors the ritualistic entries of wealthy and influential families of ancient times, featuring a backward carriage yard form.

Each residence in the Chinoiserie Mansion boasts a private courtyard, capturing the essence of Jiangnan courtyards. The design ensures that each house is equipped with six courtyards, creating a distinctive space where courtyards are built both inside and outside the site, as well as the surroundings. This unique feature sets the project apart from other architectural designs.

To achieve a unified facade effect, GTD selected materials like stone, natural stone coating, and high-grade paint for the high-rise residential buildings. The simplicity of the stone materials and the partially inlaid metal lines create a dynamic rhythm in the minimalist tone. This design consideration extends beyond the facade and house type to the spatial layout and living atmosphere, ensuring a pleasant scale from the entrance landscape to the central garden and cluster garden.

The Chinoiserie Mansion is located in the "West Creek of Xiaoshan District", a plot stretching over 1000 meters along the riverbank. The project offers two major product types: "contemporary urban residence with courtyards" and "high-rise residence in the courtyard". This ingenious design fosters a terrific integration of prosperity and landscape.

The biggest challenge in realizing this project was innovation. From design to construction, all parties involved faced numerous difficulties, including budget control and scheduling of relevant procedures. Despite these challenges, the project was successfully completed, earning the Silver A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award in 2021. This prestigious award is given to top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable designs that illustrate outstanding expertise and innovation.
