Co-real Smart Home: A Flagship Store Redefining Intelligent Living

Renovated Factory Transformed into a Unique and Innovative Space

Located in the West Lake District of Hangzhou, the new headquarters of Co-real Home Smart is a renovation of a simple factory. The designer, Yun Mao, has transformed the space into a flagship store that showcases the brand's commitment to energy-saving and eco-lifestyle solutions. With its integrated intelligent home systems, Co-real Smart Home offers customers a warm, bright, bold, free, and comfortable living experience.

The design of Co-real Smart Home is centered around the public hall, which serves as the heart of the space. To create a sense of grandeur and transparency, the designer has incorporated a high atrium that opens up the entire area, providing a breathtaking view. The white facade with distinct volumes surrounding a central courtyard gives the building a unique identity, setting it apart from its surroundings.

One of the key strengths of Co-real Smart Home is its ability to seamlessly blend technology and life. The first floor houses a product showroom and intelligent experience sample rooms, allowing visitors to interact with the various systems offered by Co-real Home Smart. The second floor serves as a comprehensive office area, providing a functional workspace for the brand's employees.

What sets Co-real Smart Home apart is its realization technology. Equipped with four constant systems, the space ensures a stable temperature, humidity, oxygen level, and static throughout. This attention to detail creates an environment that is not only comfortable but also conducive to productivity and well-being.

The Co-real Smart Home flagship store spans an impressive 1800 square meters and was completed between November 2018 and August 2019. The design process involved meticulous planning and detailed space design schemes. The construction drawings were carefully executed, and the entire construction process was supervised to ensure the realization of the designer's vision.

Yun Mao's design for Co-real Smart Home is a testament to the brand's refusal to be ordinary. By repurposing an abandoned factory building, the brand has breathed new life into the area, creating a space that is not only visually appealing but also enhances the unique attraction of the enterprise. The simplicity of the design language, with its focus on white and the infusion of red, evokes a sense of purity, optimism, and enthusiasm among users.

The exceptional design of Co-real Smart Home has been recognized with the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2021. This prestigious award acknowledges the outstanding creativity and ingenuity of the design, which incorporates best practices in art, science, design, and technology. The Co-real Smart Home flagship store truly exemplifies the brand's commitment to improving the quality of life and making the world a better place.
