Even after regular washing, these surfaces can retain a significant amount of bacteria that cannot be eliminated with common methods. With SunWaves, however, this is no longer a concern.

Equipped with a powerful UV-C light, this innovative tool breaks down the bacterial load, ensuring maximum hygiene. Operating SunWaves is a breeze. Once turned on, simply open the drawer, place the items to be sterilized inside, and wait for 8 seconds. A green LED indicator will signal when the sterilization cycle is complete, and the sanitized items can be safely retrieved.

Giuseppe Santacroce began working on SunWaves in March 2020, with the aim of creating an innovative tool that would allow people to enjoy their favorite beverages in a safe and hygienic manner. The project went into production in September 2020, and SunWaves proudly bears the "Made in Italy" label.

Recognizing its ingenuity and contribution to quality of life improvements, SunWaves was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Hospitality, Restaurant, and Catering Products category in 2021.
