The dispenser's height of 140 cm, width of 36 cm, and depth of 40 cm make it suitable for various environments, including offices, gyms, and other common areas.

Smart Hydro is manufactured using plastic injection for the shell parts, such as the main body and arc, due to its benefits in complex design allowances, reduced weight, and enhanced material strength. The support parts within the plastic casing are bent out of an aluminum sheet, ensuring durability and stability.

Throughout the design process, the team at Tive Creative Collective conducted extensive research to understand user scenarios and the social context of water dispensers. By observing and shadowing users, they were able to create a product that not only meets hygiene requirements but also acts as a conversation starter and a focal point in social spaces.

Smart Hydro has been recognized for its exceptional design and innovative features. It was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Hospitality, Restaurant, and Catering Products Design category in 2021.
