This was achieved through the integration of tea into the design, making it an integral part of the home and life within the villa. The villa offers indoor and outdoor spaces where one can enjoy a cup of tea, walk barefoot on the verdant lawn, or simply enjoy the dynamic touch of the rippling water from the landscape pond.

The unique properties of the design lie in its blend of architecture and nature. The villa boasts a translucent floor that doubles as the glass roof of a basement, adding a dynamic touch to the entire space. A spiral staircase and its glass cantilever entrance further enhance the villa's unique architectural design.

The realization of the design was achieved through ingenious application of building materials to create a refined, cozy, and simple ambiance. The villa features a miniature landscape at the gate, a foyer connected with a transparent side hall, and main bedrooms on the third floor. Each turn within the villa creates a unique artwork, a blend of architecture and nature.
