Visual Identity Inspired by the Pont of Avignon

The visual identity of Club Hotel Avignon draws inspiration from the iconic Pont of Avignon, creating a unique and eco-friendly design.

The Club Hotel Avignon, designed by Arome Agency, takes its inspiration from the distinctive architecture of the Pont of Avignon. The agency worked around the strong symbolism of the bridge to create a visually striking and meaningful visual identity.

Arome Agency focused on the typography of the logo, cleverly associating it with the bridge to create a unique and original graphic representation. The use of the color green further emphasizes the club's commitment to ecological sustainability and minimizing its environmental impact.

The letterhead and business cards of Club Hotel Avignon were printed on 100% recycled paper, showcasing the hotel's dedication to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices in document printing.

The letterhead is designed in A4 vertical format, while the business cards measure 85mm x 55mm, adhering to standard specifications.

The project, led by Art Director Delphine Goyon and Director Remi Vicente, commenced in March 2020 in Avignon and was completed in May 2020.

The architecture of the Pont of Avignon holds great historical and symbolic significance, and incorporating its imagery into the visual identity of Club Hotel Avignon presented a creative challenge for the design team. However, they successfully associated the symbolism of the bridge with the typography of the logo, resulting in a visually captivating representation of the hotel.

The visual identity of Club Hotel Avignon, with its typography and green color palette, evokes the ecological and natural dimension of the club. By drawing inspiration from the world-famous Pont of Avignon, Arome Agency has created a visual identity that is both unique and meaningful.

Awards and Accolades: Club Hotel Avignon's visual identity was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Graphics, Illustration, and Visual Communication Design category in 2021. This prestigious award recognizes designs that demonstrate outstanding creativity, resourcefulness, and technical skills, contributing to improvements in quality of life.
