The design concept of Beyond 100 Years aims to set a unique tone for architecture and interior design, distinguishing it from other nearby residences. The focus of the space is to provide a high level of comfort while maintaining simplicity and flexibility to accommodate the daily work of the residents. The designers at Kuocheng Real Estate Co., Ltd have carefully considered the regionality and particularity of the port, incorporating elegant decoration and hand-made artworks to echo the ocean concept.

For the indoor public areas, interesting architectural facade concepts have been applied to the reception area and lobby, integrating the interior landscape to complement the design language of the large hall. The ocean theme is interpreted through elegant accessories and hand-made products, creating a perfect harmony with the overall design concept.

With a lot size of 6983 square meters and a total floor area of 83389 square meters, Beyond 100 Years offers spacious and comfortable living spaces for its residents. The interior design team, led by Jaya Ibrahim, has paid attention to every detail, incorporating the beauty of nature, tradition, and culture into the design. The interpretation of window grilles inspired the design of the flower grille, adding contours to the urban landscape and skyline through the window panels. Stunning peacocks symbolize good luck and prosperity, enhancing the artistic presentation of the space.

Despite the creative and technical challenges, the designers at Kuocheng Real Estate Co., Ltd have successfully created an elegant and comfortable space that harmoniously echoes the architectural concept. The use of modern furniture with traditional decoration colors and patterns represents the traditional characteristics of the place, creating a unique and timeless atmosphere.

Beyond 100 Years is set to be completed in August 2021 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. This exceptional residential space has been recognized for its outstanding design and has been awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2021. This prestigious award is given to well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements, contributing to a better world.
