VFit+: A Revolutionary Well-being App by Vestel UX and UI Design Group

The inspiration behind VFit+ was to create a friend that supports a healthy life for users. The biggest challenge was to create a seamless interaction for users by building an ecosystem that combines all the health and healthcare devices and features supported by Vestel. The result is a smartly connected ecosystem that enhances users' lives with the help of IoT service.

What sets VFit+ apart is its ability to control integrated Vestel's smart devices. It displays the data received and provides data support to the users according to their own preferences. The application tracks users' personal daily activity, body composition, heart rate, sleep quality, and water consumption. Users can motivate themselves by sharing their activity with others. VFit+ also introduces challenges to create more engagement between users and bring communities together.

The application is available on the market for both iOS and Android users and is designed for all smartphone sizes. The user can set goals at any time and put challenges. Users get motivation from supportive and informative push notifications to track daily progress and achieve their goals. Since VFit+ is a smart ecosystem, users can receive notifications from their smart band or smartwatch. It creates a diary for users' activities, thereby increasing their quality of life.

The project started in 2019 in Manisa. The Vestel UX Group conducted user researches and A/B testing according to the appropriate user group to define exact user needs and related project guidelines. After creating user journey maps, they combined them with suitable interfaces to create better user experiences for Vestel smart device’s users. While designing these interfaces, user research insights, emotional impacts, usage scenarios, various design architecture systems, and actual design trends were considered.

The VFit+ application interface is designed with a card structure, colorful graphics, and icons to provide a dynamic interaction to the user. Each feature and information has its own unique color so that the user can easily distinguish it from different types of data. It also tells users to be active with the inactivity warning feature on both smartwatch and smartband.
