HTE061: Revolutionizing Outdoor Power Supply

The design of HTE061 is inspired by the letter "C", resulting in a double C shape that is not only visually appealing but also functional. The product has undergone rigorous testing, passing 6 categories of test items and 9 quality test procedures. It complies with UL safety testing standards and is equipped with a self-developed BMS battery management system and automatic testing equipment, ensuring user safety.

What sets HTE061 apart is its impressive power and capacity. A single unit boasts 1800w power and 1500wh capacity, making it sufficient for outdoor travel use. This high capacity equipment aims to seize the market, responding to the growing demand for reliable and portable power sources in various outdoor scenarios.

The HTE061 is not only powerful but also versatile. It can be connected with other units infinitely, making it suitable for different settings such as outings and outdoor work. It supports solar charging, mains charging, and vehicle charging, offering flexibility in energy sourcing. The design also features a high-definition LCD screen and sinusoidal current output, which effectively protects electrical appliances.

Despite the challenges faced during the design process, such as heat dissipation, wind noise, and temperature control of the inverter, the team successfully overcame these through innovative solutions. They employed an intelligent temperature control system to automatically adjust the fan speed and optimized the layout of the heat sink aluminum sheet, air ducts, and other structures to improve heat conduction efficiency.

The HTE061 design project started in 2020 in Shenzhen and is set to finish in March 2021. It has already earned recognition, winning the Golden A' Energy Products, Projects and Devices Design Award in 2021. This award is granted to outstanding creations that reflect the designer's prodigy and wisdom, embodying extraordinary excellence and significantly impacting the world with their desirable characteristics.
