The Mystery Of Watery Region is a unique banquet space that aims to create a memorable experience for couples on their special day. Inspired by the sacred and healing nature of water, designer Wei Zhang has incorporated the flowing and transformative qualities of water into every aspect of the design.

What sets this design apart is its focus on the various forms and characteristics of water. The project showcases water as the soul element and inspiration source, creating a water country with mysterious power and romantic temperament. It is like a deep secret place that ordinary people can't explore, and it takes guests on a moving soul journey.

The realization of this design involved the use of customized flowers and plant dyes to maintain consistency in the design tone. Additionally, organic board shaped cutting combined with dynamic light bands were utilized to create a mysterious and ethereal visual impact. The incorporation of large-scale organic board special-shaped cutting and color transparent coating technology, along with controllable light bands, achieved an immersive banquet atmosphere.

The Mystery Of Watery Region spans over 3000 square meters of waterfront lawn, providing a picturesque setting for weddings and other special events. It offers a unique blend of art, water element design, light and shadow art, and dynamic space exhibition.

The design of the space is divided into two main areas. The ceremony area embodies the flowing forward natural dynamic feeling, creating a sense of solemnity and grandeur. Multiple water elements are incorporated to enhance the sacredness of the space. The banquet area, on the other hand, features a flowing fountain-like water kingdom fountain area. It serves as a witness to the ceremony, with the moon as the totem of this mysterious and mythical place. The two scenes create different visual perceptions and spaces, depending on the time of day.

The Mystery Of Watery Region was built in Sanya, China and was completed on November 16, 2020. The design process involved extensive research into different forms of water in space, as well as the sense of dynamic flow and breathing. The use of materials such as iron special line processing technology, dynamic LED light band presentation, transparent organic board shaped cutting, transparent color film, and fixed dye flower materials contributed to the creation of a mysterious and romantic visual effect.

This exceptional design has been recognized for its creativity and ingenuity. It was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2021. This award celebrates designs that exhibit strong technical and creative skills, contributing to quality of life improvements and making the world a better place.
