The basic module is 80 cm wide and 150 cm in height, but users can install as many contiguous modules as they wish, creating a flexible and adaptable design that suits any kitchen layout.

The design's inspiration comes from a monolithic structure where air and light functions complement each other. A large LED light panel is located on the lower front side of the hob, providing a strategic light point during food preparation and serving as ambient light for convivial moments. Users can adapt the intensity and color of the LEDs, from cold white to warmer tones, to create the perfect atmosphere.

Open Suite is made from stainless steel, wood, glass, and wire metal mesh, using technologies such as glass cutting, stainless steel bending, and plastic moulding. It also offers interactive features, with ergonomic controls on the front and compatibility with Vocal Assistant (Alexa, Google Home) or the Elica app. This practical tool not only allows remote control of the lights and extraction but also provides feedback on filter maintenance and valuable tips for maintaining the hood.

The design took one year to fully develop in Fabriano. It faced creative challenges in integrating additional accessories into the four basic configurations (80 cm or 160 cm wall and 80 cm or 160 cm island). However, these challenges were successfully overcome, resulting in a design that embodies more functions and offers a wide choice of shelves in a modular structure.
