The Cobogos House is a testament to the power of design and innovation in architecture. The project, which began in January 2017 and was completed in January 2020, is located in Franca, Brazil. The house is built on a 1500.00 m2 land with a significant drop to the bottom, making the design and construction a challenging task.

The design of the house is characterized by its facade in straight lines, decorated with concrete blocks known as Cobogos. These decorative elements allow the free movement of wind through their empty spaces, providing natural ventilation. The front landscape includes a typical Japanese cherry tree next to the stairs, while the back external area features a large pool on three different levels, surrounded by lush landscaping.

The house was built using reinforced concrete and masonry, with significant advancements in concrete slabs. The main entrance door is coated with aluminum strips that mimic the aesthetic of wood, ensuring durability and minimal maintenance. The walls and gates of the garage are also coated with this material, creating a large cube-like appearance on the facade.
