Architecture elements and space orders are structurally reconstructed in the entrance. Modern geometric idea unlimitedly furthers horizontal space to create super-sequence interface of expression, verging on the urban space at the end point of vision.
This unique design, named Suining Zhongliang Datang No.1, is a stacked model house created by Jason Shen and Yicha Zhao. It stands out from other designs with its innovative approach to architecture and space utilization. The inspiration for this design came from the idea of reconstructing architecture elements and space orders, resulting in a visually striking entrance.
The designers have employed a modern geometric concept to extend the horizontal space, creating a super-sequence interface of expression that seamlessly merges with the urban surroundings. The design pushes the boundaries of spatial perception, offering a captivating visual experience.
One of the standout features of this project is its unique attitude towards space. The designers have divided the space into two halves - one for living and the other for nature. This approach creates a harmonious balance between the built environment and the natural world. The inclusion of an oblique recreational area on the slope adds a playful element to the design, providing a fun space on the grass.
Suining Zhongliang Datang No.1 is located near the sea in Taizhou, a city with a rich history and cultural heritage. The design seamlessly integrates the natural elements of the Linhai mountains and sea with the humanistic feelings of the area. By harnessing the beauty of nature and the power of space, the design evokes a sense of emotional belonging and cultural identity.
This design, credited to TCC DESIGN, has been recognized for its excellence. It was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2022.
