Wei Ting Lin's Award-Winning Design of a Real Estate Sales Center

Wei Ting Lin's design is a unique interpretation of the Chinese garden landscaping technique "fujie", or downward borrowing. The sales center features a grand atrium and waterscape, winding corridors, and a progressive form. The designer has also incorporated an overhead VIP room above the atrium waterscape, offering the best view to the VIPs. The interior is dominated by the azure of Hakka blue dye, embellished with Chinese glowing red, symbolizing the blessings and joy of purchasing a new house.

The 'Land of Euphoria' is not just a sales center, but a life field with profound cultural ideas. The contrast between the concise architectural style and the refined garden blends the past and present, responding to the local prospects. The design is a harmonious visual composition, eliminating the abrupt existence of the old building and demonstrating the extraordinary aura of the site's depth.

Constructed with chestnut veneer, teak veneer, metal powder baking varnish, imported grindstone tiles, close lightly pebble, imported imitated yarn wallpaper, Malay lacquer special paint, and Angora pearl marble, the sales center is a testament to the designer's attention to detail and commitment to quality. The project utilizes steel structure with wood cladding, large piece of mirror inlaid with custom-made iron frame, and glass construction with hanging steel structure.

The 'Land of Euphoria' is a result of years of revitalizing the site, carrying on the local charm and fulfilling the needs of the era. The design interprets the Chinese garden concept with modern techniques, creating a dialogue between times. The wood grille as partition and combination of display table and sink in the bathroom matching with floral art construct deluxe scenes, allowing visitors to have the utmost pleasure.

Wei Ting Lin's design has been recognized with the Silver A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2022. This prestigious award is rewarded to top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable designs that illustrate outstanding expertise and innovation.
