The walls and floor of "Beginning of the Time" are adorned with grey marble, resembling the sky, clouds, and mountains. Intricate dark stone patterns add a lively touch, reminiscent of a slow mountain stream. The lobby features a fountain formed by interlaced scenic stones, serving as a captivating service counter. The main wall, made of antique facing stone, exudes a dream-like quality, with its grain resembling the beginning of the heavens and the earth.

The realization of this design involved the use of antique facing stone for the main wall, creating a blend of dream-like textures. The corridor pillars are adorned with ink-sprayed landscape stone, emanating a misty brilliance that evokes a sense of calm and tranquility. The design team meticulously crafted each element to ensure a ritual-like experience that allows visitors to slow down and find solace in the space.

Spanning over 6611.6 square meters, "Beginning of the Time" is a modern marvel that combines elegance and functionality. Its marble-clad interiors and well-thought-out design elements create a harmonious and comfortable sensory experience. Every interaction with light and shadow transports visitors to a kaleidoscope-like fantasy world, where layers of dark-framed sceneries echo the image of mountains, setting the overall tone of the design.

The project, completed in October 2020, is located in Taichung, Taiwan. The design team drew inspiration from Titus Lucretius Carus's "De Rerum Natura" to create a movie viewing room that sharpens the senses in the dark, immersing viewers in a world of distant mountains and clouds. By focusing on the harmony of the color system and introducing ample natural light, the design achieves a clean and tidy aesthetic, allowing the details to shine and enhance the overall experience.

"Beginning of the Time" has been recognized for its outstanding creativity and ingenuity, receiving the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2022. This prestigious award celebrates designs that demonstrate resourcefulness, technical skill, and a commitment to improving quality of life. Through its unique blend of art, science, design, and technology, "Beginning of the Time" truly makes the world a better place.
