YHDQ Design's Kaisa Clouds by the River: A New Era in Real Estate Sales Centers

Creating a Lively and Relaxed Parent-Child Environment in a Sales Space

YHDQ Design has revolutionized the concept of real estate sales centers with their project, Kaisa Clouds by the River. The design, which spans an area of 977 square meters, is themed around parent-child activities and presents the sales space from a child's perspective. The main colors, orange and white, create a bright and cloud-like atmosphere, devoid of unnecessary decorations, thus fostering a lively and relaxed environment for both parents and children.

The design is not only visually appealing but also functional and safe. YHDQ Design has used a large number of soft and environmentally friendly decoration and furniture materials, taking into account children's safety and health. The introduction of amusement facilities allows children to fully experience exploration, while the soft furniture modeling and materials create a safe and comfortable range of activities.

One of the unique features of this design is the integration of the brand's IP image, "Jia Jia," into the space. This image not only promotes the development of the story but also leads the viewers' attention and connects the scene changes of the overall vision. This approach has allowed YHDQ Design to enrich the overall vision by combining indoor and outdoor elements, thus connecting reality with fairy tales and perfectly setting off the mood of architecture and interior space.

The design process, which took place between September 2020 and January 2021 in Chongqing city, involved a deep understanding of the Kaisa brand and its IP image. The designers faced the challenge of creating a space that would be consistent with the image of "Jia Jia" and meet the needs of both adults and children in a balanced way. Despite these challenges, YHDQ Design has successfully created a space that allows children to fully experience exploration and parents to rest assured.

YHDQ Design's Kaisa Clouds by the River is a testament to the changing market demand and the new direction for designers to explore. The design, which has been awarded the Silver A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2022, is admired for its strong technical characteristics and splendid artistic skill. It showcases a remarkable level of excellence and introduces positive feelings, amazement, and wonder.
