The Lighten floor lamp takes its shape from the structure of the Chinese character for "light," which symbolizes the gathering of torches. By incorporating this design element, the lamp not only pays homage to the rich history of Chinese characters but also embodies the essence of illumination. It seamlessly unifies the form of the product with the structure of Chinese characters, creating a visually striking and conceptually meaningful piece.

One of the standout features of the Lighten floor lamp is its use of indirect lighting to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. What sets the Lighten floor lamp apart is its assembly process. Using the tenon-and-mortise principle, all the parts of the lamp can be easily threaded together without the need for any screws. The Lighten floor lamp is made using advanced manufacturing techniques. CNC machining technology ensures standardized production of the wood and glass components, while mechanical sandblasting creates the frosted glass effect. LED modules are embedded in the wood using environmentally friendly glue. The wood surface is meticulously polished and waxed to maintain its natural grain and provide a delicate touch.

With dimensions of 520mm in width, 520mm in depth, and 1700mm in height, the Lighten floor lamp is designed to make a statement in any room.

The Lighten floor lamp was developed as part of a project that started in October 2020 in Beijing. The design team, consisting of Qianqian Lin, Dan Wang, and Zhaoan Huang, worked tirelessly to bring this innovative concept to life. The project was completed in early January 2021 and has since gained recognition, being exhibited in the Korean "Brand and Culture" design exhibition in January 2021.

By taking inspiration from Chinese characters and analyzing the needs of the market, this lamp caters to the aesthetics and lifestyle of young people. The Lighten floor lamp has received the prestigious Iron A' Design Award in the Lighting Products and Fixtures Design category in 2022.
