La Cadiere Garden City: Redefining Urban Living with a World-Class Garden City

Creating a Harmonious and Inspiring Urban Environment

Working within the concrete masses of a modern city can be stressful, but La Cadiere Garden City is set to change that. This international resort center aims to bring back the beauty of nature and spread the concept of a garden city to the world. With its unique design and diverse architectural spaces, La Cadiere Garden City is redefining urban living.

Located at the core of the Tianfu New District, La Cadiere Garden City covers a total planning area of 200 hectares. The program focuses on building a world-class garden city that combines neoclassical and modern architectural elements. The towers, ranging from 100 to 250 meters, redefine the skyline and create an elegant cityscape.

One of the highlights of La Cadiere Garden City is its expansive green spaces. The program includes a 12-hectare lake park, an 11-hectare mountain park, and a 28-hectare green landscape area. These areas provide a serene and harmonious environment for residents and visitors alike.

The lakeside park features various landscape elements, including a lakeside square, a dock, a stream area, a characteristic landscape bridge, a waterfall, a forest terrace, a rocky landscape, and a wetland area. These elements come together to create a picturesque setting that invites people to relax and enjoy nature.

La Cadiere Garden City also offers a range of amenities and facilities. The Hyatt Hotel, designed as a five-star city resort hotel, features a double-height lobby, conference and banquet center, fitness and spa center, coffee shop, all-day hotel restaurant, and special restaurant. With over 340 rooms, the hotel provides a luxurious and comfortable stay for guests.

The commercial street in La Cadiere Garden City combines classical architectural elements with a modernist facade. Traditional elements such as a clock tower and arcade blend seamlessly with the contemporary design, creating a fashionable and vibrant atmosphere. The lakeside commercial street offers a variety of shops, restaurants, and cultural spaces, providing a unique experience for visitors.

The design of La Cadiere Garden City was led by renowned entities such as AECOM, WATG, SCDA, SCSY, and TCDL. Their expertise and vision have shaped this exceptional project, which is set to become a landmark in urban design.

La Cadiere Garden City is not just a place to live or visit; it is a lifestyle. The seamless connection between the architectural spaces and the green areas creates a harmonious and inspiring environment. The design aims to balance the needs of an open city space for entertainment, culture, and art with the desire for a quality life and a private atmosphere in residential areas.

With its unique design, diverse architectural spaces, and commitment to creating a harmonious and inspiring urban environment, La Cadiere Garden City is redefining the concept of urban living. It offers a new way of life, where nature and modernity coexist, and residents can enjoy a high-quality and fulfilling lifestyle.

La Cadiere Garden City is a testament to the creativity and innovation in urban design. It has been recognized with the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award in City Planning and Urban Design in 2022. This award acknowledges the outstanding and ingenious design that contributes to quality of life improvements and makes the world a better place.
