The Tube Collection, a unique line of travel accessories, is the brainchild of Nio Life and Tom Dixon. Inspired by the common bubble column, the collection offers a unique soft and wrapping feeling, giving users a sense of suspension and making the product less visually heavy. The series is designed to provide users with a metaphor about home, offering a comfortable feeling at any time.

The Tube Collection stands out for its unique properties. It focuses on bringing the comfort and security of home with users as they move from one place to another. The key feature of the collection is its softness and protection, referring to the home space. The collection includes messenger bags, briefcases, Tote bags, and backpacks, catering to the diverse travel needs of users.

The collection is made of microfiber, with a 100% cotton lining, offering both durability and comfort. The design team faced the challenge of finding an ideal dimension that would provide both mobility and capacity. They paid particular attention to minimizing the size of the gaps and their location, ensuring a pleasing external curve.

Aligned with the NIO brand, the Tube Collection embodies a mobile, open, sustainable, and positive future. It utilizes the best practices in recycling and material technology, offering the comforts of home to the next generation, nomadic, eco-conscious NIO user. The project was initiated in August 2018 and the first sale was made in February 2020.

The Tube Collection has been recognized for its innovative design, winning the Silver A' Fashion and Travel Accessories Design Award in 2022. This prestigious award is given to top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable designs that illustrate outstanding expertise and innovation.
