The design of the Golden Jade Headquarters is unique in its concept of sharing, stringing together elements of full-openness, privacy, and anti-interference. The first floor features movable soundproof partition walls, providing both privacy and openness. This flexibility allows the space to be transformed into various configurations, from small, medium, and large-sized conference rooms to a venue for social gatherings.
The open recreational space on the mezzanine floor further enhances the concept of sharing. It removes the restrictions of compartmentalized spaces, encouraging people to engage in different situations. The design of the office is a physical representation of Golden Jade's core values of Perfect Philosophy and Pleasant Aesthetics, connecting everyone within the space.
The office's unique properties are brought to life through innovative design realization technologies. The white terrazzo floor serves as a canvas for life and design, while the black mirror mimics a water surface, expanding the visual space. The stairs, resembling floating islands and contour lines, guide visitors to each floor with black perforated mesh handrails.
The design of the Golden Jade Headquarters is not just about aesthetics; it's about functionality. The design prioritizes the needs of each employee, aiming to enhance inter-departmental connections and reduce communication complexities. The open area brings team members closer, while the enclosed meeting room provides a space for in-depth discussions.
Despite the challenges of a tight six-month timeline from initial planning to construction completion, Heng G Design successfully delivered a design that met the demands of the client. This achievement was made possible through frequent discussions, excellent coordination, and the optimal allocation of time and space in every construction phase.
The Golden Jade Headquarters is more than just an office; it's a space that inspires, creates, and fosters a sense of community. Its design has been recognized with the prestigious Silver A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2023, a testament to its outstanding expertise and innovation.
