Orizzonte 02: A Card Case that Carries the Scenery with You

The fish leather is made from discarded fish skin, reducing waste and minimizing the environmental impact. The gradient leather is dyed in layers of color, resulting in a beautiful and unique effect. The edges of the card case are meticulously finished using a Leather Edge Creaser, ensuring both durability and aesthetics.

With dimensions of W110×H75×D15mm, the Orizzonte 02 card case is compact and easy to carry. The fish leather is made from the skin of yellowtail, while the gradient leather is crafted from steerhide. The combination of these materials creates a visually striking and eco-friendly accessory.

The traditional Japanese bellows manufacturing technique of "Fu-kin-machi" is employed to create a thin and easy-to-insert design. The design process for the Orizzonte 02 card case started in November 2021, with samples completed in December 2022. Pre-orders for this unique accessory began in February 2023. Throughout the development of the design, the team faced challenges in achieving the perfect gradient leather. After numerous iterations and samples, they were able to create a gradation leather that met their high standards.
