The Guangzhou Taikoo Hui store, covering a total of 119 square meters, is a unique space that integrates different materials to create a visually pleasing environment. The large-scale use of natural elements in the design brings a touch of nature to the space, providing a sensory experience that evolves over time.

Denver Hsu's design approach is characterized by a minimalist use of materials, with a focus on the aesthetic appeal of details. The island platform, a simple yet richly designed feature, echoes the overall space, while the use of stone enhances the overall texture of the space, making it more transparent.

The space's texture and color are derived from the material. The cave stone used for the wall has a clear and gentle texture. It originates from nature, but it can break away from the bondage. The change of light brings different visual feelings, adding to the space's unique appeal.

The project, which started in November 2022 and finished in January 2023 in Guangzhou, posed several design challenges. The exterior wall, for instance, is a combination of original stone and wood grain board, representing a sense of long history. This combination, along with the simplicity and true taste of Grandma, creates a landscape-like appearance in the shopping mall.

As one steps into the store, the noise of the urban commercial landscape is replaced by calming sounds, and the pace of life slows down. The carefully selected materials touch people's senses and create a comfortable space atmosphere flowing around functions. The design, with its warm and cordial indoor environment, is a testament to Denver Hsu's innovative approach to interior design.
