Achieving a Residential Atmosphere in a Commercial Space

The key to Perfect Look's unique appeal lies in its straightforward layout and seamless integration of different areas. The public space features a comfortable sofa area, a cozy bar for multi-person discussions, and a meeting room. The walls of the meeting area are adorned with dark marble, showcasing patterns reminiscent of the Milky Way and the ocean at night. This celestial-inspired design adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to the office.

Embracing a minimalist style, Perfect Look incorporates curved lines that connect the work areas seamlessly. The curved front panel of the tables provides personal privacy, while the gold-painted skirting at the bottom adds a delicate touch. The storage and tables are planned as a floating design, allowing for a harmonious integration with the overall space.

When it comes to materials, Perfect Look prioritizes eco-friendly options such as latex paint, glass, marble, and woodwork. The color scheme revolves around pure white, accentuated by the natural textures of the building materials. The marble walls, with their flowing gold sand patterns, create a visually striking focal point. Titanium-plated metal elements and terrazzo floor tiles further enhance the overall texture and aesthetic appeal.

Perfect Look occupies a 99.1 square meter space on the first floor of a 45-year-old pre-owned office building. The design team installed a double-sided screen to separate the inner and outer areas, ensuring privacy and functionality. The exterior windowed area serves as a communication space for clients, featuring a sofa area, a bar, and a meeting room. The meeting room, equipped with a glass door, provides both light and sound insulation to protect business privacy. The inner space serves as the office area for the staff, ensuring a comfortable and productive work environment.

For clients, Perfect Look offers a refreshing departure from the traditional office setting. The interior design creates a figurative representation of a future home, reversing the cold impression often associated with offices. This approach allows clients to better envision their partnership with Rong Xiang Interior Design. On the other hand, the office area prioritizes the comfort and privacy of the staff. Desk panels provide individual privacy, while suspended storage and tables contribute to a lightweight visual experience, enhancing overall comfort.

Perfect Look was completed in June 2022 in Taiwan. The design team invested significant effort in overcoming challenges associated with the age of the building. The infrastructure required extensive renovation to ensure functionality, particularly with regards to the piping system. Despite these obstacles, Rong Xiang Interior Design successfully transformed the space into a beautiful and functional office.

The Perfect Look project exemplifies the design team's commitment to creating spaces that are both relaxed and elegant.
