Ching-Yen Chou and Chui-Jui Chiu have meticulously crafted six 'artifacts' that resonate with the area's vibrant life. The design's strength lies in its private gardens, penthouse terraces, and full-floor master bedrooms, each bathed in natural light and served by a dedicated elevator, ensuring an intimate and luxurious living experience.

The design's unique properties are manifold, but two stand out: the Bookcase Architectural Imagery and the concept of Framed Architecture, Frameless Life. The former integrates wood grilles, glass, stone, and greenery to achieve an aesthetic balance that complements the environment. The latter plays with symmetry and light, creating a dynamic interplay of shadows that breathes life into the space. These features not only enhance the visual appeal but also foster a sense of belonging and serenity for the residents.

Material choice plays a crucial role in the realization of this project. LOW-E laminated glass, Viscount White stone, Japanese grilles, kiln-fired wood pattern tiles, and an array of plants come together to create a serene and scholarly ambiance. Technical specifications reveal the project's grandeur: a south-facing 975.2 square meter area, with each villa spanning 132.2 square meters. The reinforced concrete structure boasts a 39% coverage, with each villa rising to four and a half stories. Attention to detail is evident in the high ceilings of the first and second floors and the seamless integration of a garage with a flat roller door to maintain aesthetic consistency.

Linkou's representative villa, Splendid View, is more than a residence; it's an interaction with the environment. Completed in December 2021 in Taiwan, Splendid View is a culmination of extensive research into green design and artistic value. The architects have incorporated Subcostate Crape Myrtles and a 40% greening percentage to ensure an eco-friendly approach. The use of natural stone and wood grain tiles reflects the essence of Japanese contemporary architecture, enhancing the home's artistic and collectible value.

Ching-Yen Chou and Chui-Jui Chiu faced numerous challenges in respecting the environment while crafting the villas.
