Occupying the 5th floor of Building A within the Dongdao Group's industrial park, this 1,120 square meter space serves as a multifunctional hub, housing the chairman's office, reception, high-level meeting rooms, and areas dedicated to rest, fitness, and business banquets. Lin's design philosophy is deeply rooted in Chinese aesthetics, where the concept of 'scale' is perceived through the mind's eye rather than mere measurement, fostering an environment that is both expansive and intimate.

Lin's inspiration draws from the Qing Dynasty scholar Li Yu, who celebrated the spontaneous revelation of nature's mysteries. This ethos is woven into the fabric of the office center, where the natural world and technological advancements coalesce to create a secluded third space of life. The design transcends physical forms, inviting occupants to momentarily forget the architectural language and engage in a spiritual practice that nurtures a heart as gentle as jade.
