Pertamina International: A Modern and Collaborative Workplace Design

Efficiency and Collaboration in a Relatable Eclectic Space

Pertamina International, a leading energy company, sought to create a new office space that would embody their commitment to innovation and collaboration. To bring this vision to life, they turned to ID Integrated Pte Ltd, a renowned design firm known for their expertise in creating unique and functional workplaces.

The challenge for ID Integrated was the triangular shape of the 6000 sqft space. However, the design team at ID Integrated overcame this obstacle by ensuring that the spatial flow was ergonomic and that no corners were made redundant. The result is an office space that maximizes efficiency while promoting collaboration.

One of the standout features of Pertamina's new office is the integration of nature-inspired elements. Moss walls at the Entrance Lobby highlight the company's love for nature, while a neo-classical style Open Office ceiling feature adds a touch of elegance. Logo-themed cut-out acoustic dividers not only provide privacy but also serve as branding elements, reinforcing Pertamina's identity.

Technology played a crucial role in the realization of this design. Customized acoustic panels with integrated prints create a visually appealing and acoustically sound environment. An artificial green wall brings a touch of nature indoors, while recyclable carpets certified by Singapore Green Levels contribute to a sustainable workspace.

Teddy Sun, Kelvin Chow, Panya Nisungkat, and Christine Padilla Gonzales were the talented individuals from ID Integrated Pte Ltd who worked on this project. Their expertise and attention to detail ensured that Pertamina's new office space was a true reflection of the company's values and aspirations.

The design and implementation of Pertamina International's new office took 8 weeks and was located at One Raffles Place. Throughout the process, ID Integrated conducted extensive research to understand Pertamina's needs and preferences. The result is a workspace that not only meets professional and industrial requirements but also provides fulfillment and positive feelings to its occupants.

Recognizing the excellence of this design, Pertamina International's new office was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2022. This prestigious accolade is given to well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that contribute to a better world. It is a testament to the success of ID Integrated's efforts in creating a modern and collaborative workplace for Pertamina.
