The clinic features dual entrances and restrooms for healthy and infected patients, minimizing contact and the potential spread of illnesses. This thoughtful segregation is complemented by a wooden deck, doubling as a playful retreat for young visitors awaiting their appointments.

The clinic's construction employs innovative materials and techniques, such as Sto painted walls, openwork brick, and laser-cut panels, all underpinned by a sturdy wooden structure. Despite challenges such as maintaining a comfortable indoor climate year-round, Tanaka's team triumphed by extending the eaves for optimal shading.
