With this beautiful design-calendar, Philip Stroomberg has added an innovative twist to the concept of the tear-off calendar. Not a messy sheaf of paper hanging from a nail on your wall, but a compact object that subtly changes shape in your hands: by tearing off a card each day, you reveal the workings of time.

The Cube Calendar is divided into six rows, with hundreds of cardboard cards lined up and held together as a cube by two binding screws. The cards have been punched from two sheets of Algro Design paperboard, giving the calendar a sturdy and durable construction.

What sets The Cube Calendar apart is its specially designed packaging. The calendar comes in a box that ingeniously folds around the cube without the need for glue or other adhesive. When you lift the lid, the box falls open like origami, leaving the calendar ready to be picked up.

Technical specifications of The Cube Calendar include a format of 75 x 75 x 73 mm, made from 300 g/m2 Algro Design paperboard. The binding screws are nickel, ensuring a secure hold for the cube. The packaging measures 84 x 84 x 80 mm and is fully recyclable, aligning with the calendar's commitment to sustainability.

The Cube Calendar has received recognition for its outstanding design. It was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2013 in the Graphics, Illustration, and Visual Communication Design category.
