Tria Set Top Box, designed by Elif Altay, Burak Emre Altınordu, and Vestel, is a cutting-edge digital video broadcasting device that combines sleek design with advanced technology. Inspired by the three-legged star, Tria aims to revolutionize the way we experience television.

The standout feature of Tria is its unique design, characterized by a prominent slit that connects the rear to the front corners. This design element not only adds visual appeal but also serves as a ventilation system, ensuring optimal performance and preventing overheating. The glossy black exterior, with a folding line on the middle axis, emphasizes the triangle in the center, creating a visually striking product.

Functionality is at the core of Tria's design. With its Android V4.2 Jelly Bean operating system, integrated WiFi, Bluetooth, and LAN capabilities, Tria offers a seamless and immersive home entertainment experience. Users can enjoy high-definition digital channels, stream media from the internet and personal storage devices, and control their files through an intuitive user interface menu. The HDMI V1.4 connection allows for easy playback of music, movies, and images on the TV screen.

What sets Tria apart from other set-top boxes is its hidden ventilation system. While the outer case is made of glossy black plastic, the inner plastic cover, where the ventilation holes are placed, is made of matte plastic. The realization of Tria involved the use of injection molding for all its parts. The middle triangle part offers the flexibility for hot stamping and painting, allowing for different color combinations. Furthermore, Tria has been designed in compliance with RoHS and WEEE regulations, ensuring its environmental sustainability.
