The inspiration for Spring Seaview Terrace came from the concept of show flats. These spaces are designed to evoke interior design inspiration while offering a glimpse into potential "Dream Homes". The design industry is shifting away from traditional European or American splendor, focusing instead on the interaction of space. This trend is clearly reflected in the design of Spring Seaview Terrace.
The residence is designed for a family of four and utilizes unique design materials such as customized glass, leather, and marble as key design elements. The classic forms of the furniture pieces are stripped down to clean and modern lines, creating a contemporary style that is both luxurious and functional.
Key features of the design include a "W" door handle and stainless steel stripes, adding a touch of modernity to the residence. The use of deer horn as a design element further accentuates the contemporary theme of the unit.
The project was executed in Hong Kong, starting in January 2012 and finishing in July 2012. The design team, led by Andy Wong and Alex Kwok, worked meticulously to create a space that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and comfortable for the residents.
The Golden A' Design Award, which Spring Seaview Terrace won in 2014, is granted to marvelous, outstanding, and trendsetting creations that reflect the designer's prodigy and wisdom. The award recognizes products and ideas that advance art, science, design, and technology, embodying extraordinary excellence and significantly impacting the world with their desirable characteristics. The award is a testament to the innovative design and exceptional execution of Spring Seaview Terrace by Primocasa Interiors Limited.
