Hong Kong Parkview: A Modern Contemporary Residence

Integrating Design with Natural Greenery

This 2,700 square ft. unit, known as Hong Kong Parkview, was designed by Primocasa Interiors Limited for a family with children. The main theme of this residence is a modern contemporary style that seamlessly integrates the home with its beautiful natural greenery view. The design strips down classic forms into clean, modern vertical lines, using wooden finishes with modern design elements.

The interior of Hong Kong Parkview is accentuated by a combination of natural and luxurious materials such as timber, leather, and marble. These key features add a touch of elegance and sophistication to the space, creating a harmonious blend of nature and modern design.

Designed by Leslie Lam and Jason Yuen, this project started in April 2012 and was completed in November 2012 in Hong Kong. The attention to detail and the thoughtful integration of design elements make Hong Kong Parkview a standout residence in the modern interior design industry.

This exceptional design has been recognized with the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2014. The award acknowledges the outstanding creativity and ingenuity of the design, which authentically combines experience and resourcefulness. The use of best practices in art, science, design, and technology contributes to quality of life improvements, making Hong Kong Parkview a true testament to the power of innovative design.
