The residence, spanning 4000 square feet, is characterized by its open spaces, filled with natural light and air. The first floor houses the living room, dining room, and kitchen, all of which are connected to the entrance garden and backyard with a swimming pool. The full-height windows and high ceilings, featuring an Italian sawn marble fireplace wall, bespoke walnut-veneered furniture, and an LED chandelier, add to the sense of openness and luxury. The earthy wall palette and upholstery paneling further enhance the rich and luxurious atmosphere.
Moving away from the main living area, the residence transitions from aristocracy to contemporary modern living. The second floor is a riot of colors and patterns, with a striking cyan marble-like wallpaper in the family room. The guest bedrooms are designed with strong feminine and masculine characters, using a variety of materials and colors. The study room, while maintaining a primarily classical interior, features mint velvet upholstered mouldings, evoking the openness and boldness of the space.
The master bedroom suite, overlooking the back garden and a large private terrace, restores the aristocratic vibe. The walls are adorned with Maya-Ramonoff's handmade pearl-like wall coverings, defining and highlighting the rhythm of the space. The "floating in space" wardrobe, bronze steel upholstery headboard, and intricate detailing add a grand, imposing, and gleaming touch to the interior.
